Lunch and dinner
Lunch and dinner are served in the new and elegant dining room, which boasts huge windows that present you with a unique view of Lake Molveno and the Brenta Dolomites to make your meals extra special. A wide choice of dishes made from authentic and local ingredients to celebrate traditional Trentino cuisine are complemented by Italian specialties to delight even the most refined of palates.Themed evenings serve typical local produce to introduce our guests to the unique tastes of Trentino and our most traditional dishes. Our restaurant at Molveno also offers a carefully-selected wine list. Choose from a wide variety of local and regional wines to get acquainted with our Trentino wine culture and experience the passion for our land.
Our sommelier will be happy to introduce you to and explain the history behind wines like the Teroldego, the Marzemino and the Nosiola, all native vines, not forgetting the Trento Doc, which you can taste to discover their unique characteristics for yourself.
